Since we feel that there are no authorized approving National laboratory especially for balancing machine, we set up this National laboratory on August 1999, and set to procedures for approval application. Due to the importance of the National laboratory in quality system, we planned to establish National laboratory quality system for implementation for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of measurement. The laboratory is to provide the verification method for accuracy test and qualification test required by the test items of own-made or customer’s balancing machine，National laboratory Number：0887.
